Review: HTC One X

Gadget Review - The first thing you'll notice about this smartphone is the unibody of this phone. The back case of this phone has been designed to "blend" with the front case. So, you cannot pull off the battery without breaking the warranty seal.

This gadget using NVIDIA TEGRA 3 System on Chip with the Cortex A9 4 +1 Core 1.5 GHz speed and GeForce GPU ULP, also armed with 1 GB RAM. If you should find weakness about this phone, that's because of the lack of a microSD slot for additional storage capacity. But, who needs an additional if this phone already has NAND Flash 32GB of internal storage space?

HTC one X using Gorilla Glass 2 with high resolution screen (1280 x 768) that makes it look more thin and tough at the same time, that's what I call Perfect Combination.  With high contrast screens on this smartphone. Colors will appear more bright and beautiful. This can be seen when playing a video, viewing photos, and animations available on the HTC Sense like Weather. All this is directly available to users without having to turn on any feature or function.

When used for navigation, the screen felt very responsive. Play HD games, such as Modern Combat 3, NBA Jam, Temple Run and Angry Birds Space were also run very smooth, it becomes even better because the 4.7 inches screen  makes a better comfort level. In addition, the gestures and the point of presses can be done without lag.

This smartphone using latest Android's operating system that is Ice Cream Sandwich with most recent HTC Sense version  4.0. Ice Cream Sandwich itself already supports graphics hardware acceleration that will make navigating the homescreen and menu screen is much more responsive and better acceleration on applications. When an application is not accelerated, you can force this smartphone to run applications with graphics acceleration.

Resolution cameras owned HTC One X is equal to 8 Megapixel for main camera. The camera on the HTC One X has unique feature, where you can do a burst shot mode without having to change the camera mode. You just simply hold down the camera button and you instantly do a burst shot. Better yet, every image were captured with great clarity. In addition, during the video recording, you can press the camera button to do a photo shoot!

For the front camera, One X put a 1.3 Megapixels camera. Not just to take a photo, front camera can also record video at up to 720p resolution. And, it turns out a second camera on the HTC One X is also able to produce images that are relatively better when compared to the secondary camera on the smartphone in general. We can even make sure that the main camera of some type of economical smartphones were no match the quality of this "additional camera".
