Here are tips for backup applications without rooting:

1. Download and install appSaver from the Android Market
2. Once running, it will automatically scan all the applications installed on your Android phone or tablet.
3. After the scan is complete, you can select the application you want to keep in the SD card by giving a check, touch 'Check All' if you want to save all your application files.
4. When finished, go to the file manager to ensure the APK file that you have backups in the folder appsaver.
5. You can copy the APK files if you want to keep it in an external MicroSD, and paste it into your destination folder. (Recommended)
6. You can also share your own APK files to your friends via Bluetooth.
7. When you want to install these files, simply tap once and you will be asked to confirm, tap Install to continue the installation process.
