Notebook and gadget prices are getting cheaper. The problem is, which mobile computing facilities would you choose?

Let's start from the basic introduction and the "difference function" of these four products.

Tablet designed to the Internet and multimedia content purpose: watching movies, browsing, and playback video. Tablet-style gaming can also be done. Fashionable and comfortable makes touch-screen tablet increasingly favored at this time.

Netbooks are also designed to consume Internet content and light multimedia. However, along with the times, this genre slowly goes to extinction because of tablet presence. Enhance the ability of this genre to a faster processor, it automatically makes it into a notebook. So, we're not sure how much longer this netbook genre will last.

Notebook considered as a standard computer today. More than seventy percent computers sold today are in the form of a notebook. High performance and mobility make this gadget the very choice of everyone.

Ultrabook is a new genre that is actually an improvement of the notebook. What is expected from a notebook, is presented in Ultrabook. Ultrabook is a reflection of a notebook in the future: a thin, lightweight, powerful, and efficient power.

The next step is: Let's be honest
You want to get the best for you? This is the time to be honest! I often find people that hard to be honest about their needs. This makes the conversations in order to help determine the choice becomes quite difficult. To make things easier, we try to make scenario about your needs that could possibly happen.

"I Want the Style to Mild-Presentation"

Want to find a means of showing off gadgets or "mild presentation" to a friend or colleague? This is a legitimate basis to choose! Face reality and realize that we are often judged by the products we use. This also applies to computers that we use for presentation. Presented the idea, photos or slideshow whatever, could be done in a mobile, such as at the café table.

A good choice is a tablet with 3G capabilities, a minimum screen 8.9 ", and the "well-tested" OS, such as:

iPad2 3G: This option is not cheap, but it makes sense. Who does not look directly into the body back to this pioneer of  the thin tablet PC? The performance clearly the best.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10: Both tablet are just a little adrift of both size and price. High performance and great appearance obviously makes Apple tried to kick these tablets out of market.

ASUS Transformer 3G: This is the choice of the tech-geek. With accessory keyboard (which comes with battery), this could transform a tablet into a notebook. This tablet also has a good battery life.

Acer Iconia A500: Limited funds? It is a tablet that you can get premium with minimal funds. Processor similar with Samsung and Asus Transformer Galaxy Tab. The only weakness lies on the weight that a little heavier.

"I want look Stylish, but with a limited funds"

Yes, the tablet is still an option. Because, unique-presentation aspect will make the tablet look stylish. However, due to limited funds, you are forced to choose a cheaper variant. For the convenience of presentation, we would still recommend the tablet with 10" dimension. However, this time more specifically to an affordable price.

Our choice fell to the Android tablet that already have at least 1 GHz processor with a minimum screen 8.9", such as:

Viewsonic ViewPad 10s: This is an Android tablet with WiFi, 3G, and NVIDIA Tegra processor 1 GHz dual core processors. The weakness is in the Android OS that still in version 2.2. If you are techie enough, there are developers who provide Honeycomb OS for this tablet.

Zyrex One Pad SP1111 3G: Zyrex using the same product base with the ViewPad 10s. With identic specifications, also with affordable prices.

"I need a portable Tablet, not too big, only for personal needs"

For this one, the choice fell to the tablet with 7" dimension. Indeed, this kind of tablet are less fit for presentation. However, for the consumption of Internet content, multimedia, and portable personal gaming, tablet 7" feels very comfortable. At least there are three tablet 7" that we can recommend.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0+ is the premium choice to see the performance and price. The form was thin and resembles the version 8.9" and 10".

ACER Iconia A100 is also a good choice. NVIDIA Tegra dual core processor 1 GHz and a unique color cast makes it an attractive option in this class.

Huawei MediaPad is the 7" tablet that shouldn't be underestimate. Bearing the 1.2 GHz dual core processor from Qualcomm, its performance will not be left behind from the other tablets.

"I Do not care for size, I want to play the 3D Game with the Best Graphic!"

Well, if you want to play 3D games, the choice is a desktop, not notebook! To obtain the same gaming performance on notebook, you will most likely require funding of about 70%-100% higher (up to 2x) compared to a desktop PC for gaming. So, for the sake of fund efficiency, if you want the best gaming computer, just use a desktop PC. If you want to play the game with high resolution and best quality, the notebook is not the right choice. A special desktop gaming is more precise option.

"I Don't care! I want special Gaming Notebook!"

OK, this is a more detailed statement. Currently, you can see special offers notebook gaming notebook from three manufacturers that are concentrating on this area: ASUS, MSI, and Alienware (DELL). Options will vary, but generally you will need a 15 "or more, a minimum of Core i5 processors, and a VGA gaming over NVIDIA GT 540M.

Gaming notebooks offered by Alienware as this might be the right choice for you.

"I want highly portable gadget but still fast"

OK, forget about Tablet. For optimal speed, you need a notebook. However, for easy-to-carry purposes, you need a special notebook variants: Ultrabook. With the Core i5 processors, 4 GB RAM, and SSD (for caching or as a main storage), Ultrabook is a right choice for a mobile workers.

Acer Aspire S3 Ultrabook is the cheapest option available in the market today.

Asus Ultrabook Zenbook is fast because it use SSD for storage.

"I want a fast Notebook, portable, and able to Play Modern 3D games"

This notebook is a genre that's rather difficult to find. Minimum processor should be Core i3 (Sandy Bridge) and at least NVIDIA GT 540M for VGA. We found there are five notebooks that could included in this category. The weakness compared ultrabook is a bit heavier weight.

ASUS U36SD: This is 13" screen of thin and powerful version of the ASUS notebook. Faster VGA and processors are wrapped with a thin body is the advantage of this notebook.

ACER Aspire TimelineX 3830TG: This is the record holder for battery endurance with over 8 hours. Its weight might be heavier than ASUS, but the battery endurance was remarkable.

ID47H Gateway: This is unique notebook. Although using a 14", the dimensions of this notebook is more like a 13.3" notebook. A DVD-RW was already embedded within this tiny body.

"I'm broke, but I need Notebook"

If your funds are limited, your choices will be limited as well. However, with limited funds, you can still find a multifunctional notebook. Our advice is to choose the 14" screen version. Because, this version could offer high performance, which is quite a lot of equipment, and suitable for high productivity.

Difficult to determine the type and brand. However, you can choose a variety of 14" notebook with B800 Intel-based and high-performing VGA base with Sandy Bridge is already quite capable, even for 1080p video playback and play online games at low resolution .

So, which one that suit you? Whatever the choice, make sure you've "cast" the most honest reason.
