Nokia N9
GADGET REVIEW - In terms of hardware, Nokia N9 is very nice, one of the "iPhone killer" to be proud of by Nokia, equal to any other single core Android phone.

For convenience and accuracy, N9 screen is made of semi-convex. It makes sense, considering that not every parts of the screen displays the image. The screen uses AMOLED technology (ClearBlack) with capacitive sensors. AMOLED basic black color display capable of presenting a more brilliant color, while providing value and looks great contrasts with black trim color on each side of the screen. Like any other AMOLED screen, there is no difficulty in enjoying the display of this phone under the blazing sun.

Technical Details:
  • Processor 1 GHz Cortex A8
  • 1 Gb RAM
  • OS MeeGo, V1.2 Harmattan
  • AMOLED screen capacitive touchscreen
  • 8 MP camera Carl Zeiss

Nokia N9 Brain was built by a single core Cortex A8 CPU with a clock speed of 1 GHz and GPU PowerVR SGX530. Even though single core processors, with the addition of 1Gb RAM the Nokia N9 performance still spectacular and able to respond quickly.

Nokia N9 has a high resolution camera 8 MP, and been able to process images quickly. This camera only takes less than a second to do a photo shoot and keep it in memory, even with the greatest resolution and highest quality. The result, a typical Nokia, whereby when light is abundant, the color saturation will increase. Not only when in the preview on its AMOLED screen, but also when transferred to other devices, like laptops.

Like the other smartphones, the Nokia N9 also carry all kinds of connections that can be applied in a cell phone. The most interesting feature is the presence of WiFi Tethering (WiFi Hotspot), so N9 has been able to catch up with Android and IOS which had already had this feature. N9 has also been equipped with NFC features. click here to read more...
